OPPO has now confirmed that the Find X7 range indeed exists. In a recent post on Weibo, OPPO shared some exciting camera details about the Find X7 phones.
OPPO revealed that the Find X7 series will use the new Sony LYT-900 camera sensor. This large sensor allows more light to enter the camera, resulting in better photos, especially in low-light conditions. While this sensor is similar to the great IMX989 used in many current flagships, Sony says it is an improved model.
The LYT-900 sensor is one inch in size, which is bigger than most phone cameras. A larger sensor means images with more detail and brighter pictures. This should allow the Find X7 to take top-notch photos, rivaling the best smartphones on the market. Leaked specs also suggest the Find X7 Pro version will have not one but two powerful 50MP periscope zoom lenses.
