The XREAL (formerly Nreal) company has released a pair of lightweight, affordable augmented reality glasses called the XREAL Air 2 Ultra. These AR glasses promise high-end features at a lower price than headsets like the Apple Vision Pro.
The Air 2 Ultra uses tiny 3D sensors to map its surroundings in 3D. This allows virtual objects to be placed realistically in the real world. The glasses have a wide field of view and can display images almost as sharp as the Apple Vision Pro.
