Currently, Samsung Galaxy S23 users are eagerly awaiting the One UI 6.1 update. Samsung’s Galaxy AI software will be added to the Galaxy S23, S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S9 series. If Samsung finds a way, older Samsung flagships may also get some AI love.
Samsung Considers Bringing Galaxy AI to Galaxy S22
The head of Samsung’s phone division said the company is looking into ways to port Galaxy AI capabilities to the S22 lineup. While it may lack hardware, network processing could enable some features.
Fingers Crossed for More AI Smarts on Older Phones!
No guarantees were given, but Samsung is reviewing options. Galaxy AI could make last year’s devices smarter if engineers can figure out cloud workarounds. Only time will tell who may benefit.
