Will Google Bard Advanced Cost Money?

Will Google Bard Advanced Cost Money?

Google announced in December that it would launch a more advanced version of Bard in early 2024. We don’t know when Bard Advanced will be released, but we’re hearing that it will be a paid version.

A tech expert recently found some clues in Google’s code about Bard Advanced. It looks like the advanced chatbot may come with a three-month free trial at first. After that, you would need to start paying for it each month.

The code also mentions connecting Bard Advanced to Google One. This is Google’s paid subscription for cloud storage and other services. It’s possible Bard Advanced could become part of a Google One membership. Or maybe you can sign up separately.

We also know Bard uses Google’s most powerful AI today, called Gemini Ultra. Bard Advanced will have access to an even stronger version called Gemini Ultra 2.0 coming out this year.

If Bard Advanced does end up as a paid subscription, it would make sense. The extra powerful AI would likely require more computing power and support behind the scenes. A monthly fee could help Google pay for those costs.

For now, it seems the search giant is testing Bard Advanced behind the scenes. But it may not be long before we learn all the details of its advanced features – and whether our wallets need to be ready! Stay tuned for the official release date of this super chatbot.
