There’s always something new to discover in the world of Clash of Clans, and the April 2024 update is no exception. The new update introduces a number of new features and improvements that will appeal to both old and new players. Let’s take a look at what’s new!
The developers at Supercell have added some cool new stuff in this update. Now you can tag other players in your Clan Chat by writing their name. This will let them know you want to talk to them, like if you need someone to help attack in a war. But you can turn off tags if you don’t want notification sounds.
You’ll also be able to donate more Wall Breakers at once to help clanmates in war. The limit has increased to 50, which means bigger and better raid strategies with friends.
A brand new pet monster has been unleashed – the Angry Jelly! Only available at the max Town Hall 16, this jellyfish-like creature will attach to your Heroes and shoot defenses from a safe distance to help them battle. It can’t be hurt while attached.
Town Hall 16 gets lots of upgrades, like new building and defense levels. Even the stone walls around your base can now be strengthened to level 17. Several troops, pets and other items also receive power increases.
Some cool quality of life changes make the game even more fun. Special star bonuses when collecting resources help you progress faster. Defensive base designs can now be used in the Builder Base too. Matchmaking for clan wars takes your heroes’ extra abilities into account as well.
