ZTE Nubia Z7 Review

The ZTE Nubia Z7 is one of the cheapest 2k screen phone that you can get around and it’s not common for chinese manufacturers to spot non-mtk processors but ZTE has given a Snapdragon801 processor and you won’t believe such quality will retail for just $299.99
Design
The first thing of note is the signature red ring that’s around the camera and enter button and I see this as a cool way by ZTE to define style. There’s sincerly not much to talk about the design since it is simple and minimalist yet it’s sleek.
 Display
The 5.5″ phablet has an amazing ultra hd display at 2560 x 1440 and a truly impressive picture quality at 445 PPI. What’s more it’s the first phone ever to have a RAM supported auto-refresh function.
What I seem to like the most about this device is that the picture quality is unbelievable and be it while gaming, watching a video, or just flipping through the pictures in your gallery, you will be intruiged by the amount of detail that you will see!!!
Hardware and Storage

As I said earlier, the Z7 has the Snapdragon801 processor that is quadcore and you might feel disappointed at not getting an octa core but I can assure you that you will be able to perfom most of your tasks without lag as there’s 3GB of ram to play with and 32GB of internal storage with no space for memory expansion. The GPU is Adreno 330 which delivers incredibly immersive 3D gaming and responsive, complex user interfaces.

At the network end you will be able to use dual micro sim cards on 2G through 4G networks.

For me one of the most important parts of my phone is the amount of juice that the battery possese and it prooves to me how well the manufacturer want me to enjoy my device. With a 3100mAh battery, it’s apparent ZTE wants you to enjoy this device to a very reasonable level.

Camera and OS

The camera specs is similar to that of the ZOPO speed 7 plus. It is with 5mp at the front and 13mp at the back. The back camera is with OSI optical vibration reduction that gives a very good anti shake functionality.

The default camera app is the new vision 4.0 while the phone ships with the android 4.4 kit-kat OS while the UI is Nubia 2.5 UI

Add Ons

The phone is with NFC as well as other good sensors such as the direction, linear acceleration, and E-compass. My call is that the phone is so so amazing for the price.

On-Point Rating

No long story the phone is so on point that a rating of 11.3 will d just fine.
