Samsung Releases Helpful Update for Latest Foldables

Samsung recently updated their Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 smartphones with Android 13 and new features. Now, in September, they have issued another small but important update.

The first update introduced the new One UI 5.1.1 software. It improved how users could multitask on the big screen of the Z Fold 4. Things like working in multiple apps at once are much easier.

Now Samsung has sent out a security patch for both foldable devices. While it does not add new features, these regular updates help protect the phones. The September update fixes vulnerabilities that could potentially be exploited by hackers.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 has the September update version of “F936U1UES3DWH7”. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 variant carries the build number “F721U1UES3DWH7”. They should be installed quickly without using much storage space. Samsung’s latest flagship devices, the Z Flip 4 and Z Fold 4, are promised many years of support. They will receive software updates until Android 16 and security patches through 2027.

By continuously updating its innovative folding smartphones, Samsung ensures users can take full advantage of cutting-edge technology for much longer. These September security updates represent Samsung’s commitment to delivering regular improvements.
