Everything You Need To Know About Humane’s Mysterious New Ai Pin

In a report from The Information, the Ai Pin, a new gadget from Humane, could cost $1,000 and may require a monthly subscription for data. Here are the key details we know so far about this unusual new device.

The Ai Pin is a small device that is about the size of a saltine cracker. It will attach magnetically to your clothes. It has a camera, microphone, speaker, and different sensors inside. Plus, it has a laser projector, which allows it to project information onto surfaces. Humane plans to use a Qualcomm processor that will give the Ai Pin smartphone speeds and features like fast connectivity, a good camera, and security. This means it can do many of the things your phone can do. But instead of a screen, it projects information for you.

Humane will also sell data plans so you can connect the Ai Pin to the internet wherever you go, similar to cell phone plans. Some reports say using all the AI features may require a monthly subscription on top of the device cost.

While the price is rumored to be $1,000, we don’t know for sure yet. Humane will reveal more details on November 9th. In a recent presentation, the founder showed how it can make phone calls, look up information, translate languages, and more – but questions remain about privacy and security.

Stay tuned for the official launch to find out everything this strange new gadget can really do! Humane hopes it will change how people use computers, not just today but in the future as well.
