How to Shop Online Using Your Payoneer Card

If you have a Payoneer prepaid Mastercard, you can use it to conveniently shop from millions of online stores around the world that accept Mastercard. Here’s how you can shop online using your Payoneer Card.

Activate your Payoneer card:

Once you receive your Payoneer card in the mail, you need to activate it before you can start using it. You can activate it by logging into your Payoneer account, going to the Cards section and clicking ‘Activate’ next to your new card number.

Add funds to your card:

Before shopping online with your Payoneer card, you need to load funds onto it. You can add funds by receiving payments from companies or clients, linking a bank account to transfer funds, or using other payment methods like PayPal or credit/debit card. Check your Payoneer balance to ensure you have enough funds for your purchases.

Sync Card and Store Currency

I will suggest that you use whatever is set as your default currency on Payoneer as the preferred currency on your online store before you start shopping. This will ensure that one way or the other, you are not charged currency conversion fees by any of the stakeholders of the payment process. Payoneer in itself would never charge you extra for shopping online.

Shop at supported stores

Not all stores accept Payoneer, so check if the store accepts Mastercard before checking out. Most major stores like Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc. accept Mastercard so you can shop at these stores with your Payoneer card.

Enter your Payoneer card details

When paying for your items, select ‘Pay by Card’ or ‘Check out with Mastercard’ and enter your Payoneer card number, expiry date, and CVV. The funds will be deducted from your Payoneer account balance.

Track your payments

You can view all the payments made using your Payoneer card by logging into your account and going to ‘Statements’. Check your statements regularly to ensure there are no unauthorized payments.

That’s the basics of using your Payoneer prepaid Mastercard for hassle-free online shopping.
