Eufy’s Smart Lights Can Change Colors Based on Visitors

Anker’s Eufy smart home product company is launching new smart lights, including outdoor lights that can change color depending on who is approaching. Using Eufy’s video doorbells and security cameras, it can be set to be a warm white welcome light for your loved ones.

The new Eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights can change colors using face recognition tech. Eufy security cameras can recognize who is at the door. Then the outdoor lights switch to the set color. For the family, it could be a nice soft white. If someone unknown comes late at night, it could switch to bright red. Delivery people could get a green light once their faces are added.

There are other new smart lights too. Outdoor string lights have pretty hanging clear bulbs that look like flames. Spotlights and pathway lights light up walks and yards. An indoor floor lamp provides a colorful ambiance.

The outdoor lights are water and dust-resistant. String lights cost $129 for a set. Spotlights are $99 for two. Pathway lights are $169 for four. The indoor lamp is $99. Outdoor permanent lights are $199 for 50 feet or $299 for 100 feet.

Eufy connects through the Alexa or Google Assistant apps for voice control. It also has the WonderLink system to link devices together. However, it does not currently support the new Matter smart home standard.

These smart lights bring color and smarts outside. And their face recognition makes security lighting more personalized too. Their affordable prices make them a great smart home lighting choice!
