DOOGEE Y100 Pro Review

The DOOGEE Y100 Pro is a phone that got me staring and staring and staring and staring. If you love attention (who doesn’t) this phone is for you.

Design

The Y100 Pro possesses a seamless bond between the metal back and the glass front and you will not notice any distinct edges. This gives for a comfortable feel on the hand. This is because the phone was wiredrawn and dullpolished.

Display

This Smartphone has a 5″ screen and a basic HD resolution with 95% colour saturation level and the 2.5D curved glass panel ensures that there’s an improvement in both display and touch.

Hardware and Storage

It comes with a 64-bit quad core CPU and a Mali-T720 GPU giving you a reliable performance.

The phone has a network capability of 4G LTE with dual SIM support. There is space for one regular SIM and one micro SIM.

The storage specs is what I believe to be the highlight of the device as it comes with a 2GB ram, 16GB internal memory and up to 128GB of expansion memory!

Camera and OS

This is the other strong point for this $120 phone. It comes with a SONY 13 back camera with a 2.0 focal length, 28mm angle and auto focus. The 8MP front camera is also great and you would find the various beautification modes that come with the default Camera app very useful for your selfies.

It ships with Android 5.1 and is with it’s own DG OS that significantly reduces the amount of memory that the system uses making sure that system resources are properly managed.

Add Ons

There are lots of extras in the Y100 Pro as it comes with a really fast charging chip that will boost your phone up to 70% in half an hour.

The 2200mAh battery might want to make one worry but due to the way DG OS work (very power efficient) the battery will still give you about 30 hours of call time.

Other functions include Smart Gestures and HK wirless transfer.

On Point Rating

Believe you me, the DG Y100 Pro has an OPR of 11 as I strongly believe that it is worth much more than its cost. If you are looking for a bestest deal, here you have it.
